Senior Leadership Team

The Senior Leadership Team is proud to lead a community of staff and supporters who are passionate about protecting and promoting human rights.

Over 40,000 people are part of the Amnesty International movement in Aotearoa New Zealand. Together, we are building a world where human rights are enjoyed by all. We have staff and community members based across the motu, while our headquarters are located in the heart of Tāmaki Makaurau.

Meet some of the people helping to grow and support this amazing movement.

Jacqui Dillon (she/her), Executive Director

Jacqui joined as Kaiwhakahaere Matua in 2025. She brings decades of experience in co-creating and delivering systemic social change. Jacqui is committed to inspiring participation in support of human rights initiatives that deliver dignity, equity and justice across Aotearoa and the Pacific region.

Lisa Woods (she/her), Movement Building & Advocacy Director

Lisa has been with Amnesty International since 2020. With a background in law and a plethora of NGO experience, Lisa has a passion for human rights.

Bonar Bell (he/him), Fundraising Director

For nearly 20 years, Bonar has been working with International NGOs focused on improving the lives of people everywhere. He is passionate about impact and focused on finding creative ways to engage and inspire people to take action.

Amanda Dorreen (she/her), Finance & Operations Director

Amanda joined Amnesty International in 2020 and has over 20 years of experience in finance. Amanda is focused on creating an efficient finance and operations function that supports Amnesty's vital human rights mahi.
