Second round of consultation open

In March this year a draft Trust Deed was sent out for a first round of consultation. Following this consultation we made a number of changes. A massive thank you to everyone who shared their thoughts. Every submission was considered carefully, and the insights were deeply appreciated.

This second round of consultation gives you an opportunity to have a say on final proposals. After this the Deed will be finalised and then voted on at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

You can read a summary of submissions from the first round of consultation . To read more about the changes to the Deed and how to have a say To read the updated Deed .

A new Trust Deed is significant, and a rare opportunity. Deeds like this are designed to last decades, so it’s a unique chance for you to help shape the organisation.

The Trust Deed covers fundamental questions such as who can be a member and how Board members are appointed. Given this significance, we would really appreciate hearing your feedback.
